Nicholas serves as the Chief Operations Officer (Interim President/CEO August 2022 – July 2023) for The Alliance for Health Equity Foundation. He is the Executive Director of The Network: Towards Unity for Health (TUFH) an official non state actor of the World Health Organization (WHO) which is a membership association of medical and health institutions across the globe. He serves as the CEO of Social Innovations Partners that publishes the Social Innovations Journal and oversees the Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Baltimore Social Innovations Awards. He teaches nonprofit leadership and social policy at The Fels Institute of Government and Social Policy School at the University of Pennsylvania.
