Erin Mulroney (she/her) is passionate about leveraging evidence and co-designing research to inform actionable health and social improvements. Originally from rural Algoma, she holds a BSc in Biology from Lake Superior State University and brings a strong foundation of service for communities impacted by wellbeing barriers, such as youth and 2SLGBTQIA+. Erin is a Research and Community Engagement Coordinator for the Algoma Ontario Health Team, where she has the opportunity to support equity-driven health initiatives grounded in a learning health systems approach. Her current role focuses on embedding patient and caregiver voices into health system planning and design to advance inclusive, locally responsive solutions in Northern Ontario.
