Sean Tackett, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor of Medicine and International Medical Education, Director for the Division of General Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. His career is focused on improving the quality of health professions education internationally. He is a co-coordinator of the ISAASC Research Group. His scholarly work has included research related to medical school accreditation, examining the usefulness of the accreditation standards promulgated by the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) for program evaluation and the evidence base supporting medical school accreditation processes.
