Lisa Graves is family physician, graduate of the University of Ottawa. She completed a residency in family medicine and enhanced skills training in maternal and child health at McGill University and her MClSc at Western in 2018. She has held leadership roles at McGill, was the Associate Dean UME at NOSM and as the Associate Dean Faculty Affairs at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine(WMed) in Kalamazoo Michigan. She is currently the secretary of CACMS and CACME.

Her current educational research interests have been focused recently in accreditation scholarship, disability in medical education, and social accountability in medical education.
